Payments & Restrictions:
- The Gym agrees that the subscription fee per Month (as according to plan choosen by Gym Owner), is due and payable on or before the 5th of each billing cycle. If the Gym fails to make the payment by the 5th day of the billing cycle, the Software is automatically locked until payment is received. The Gym shall remain responsible for the payment of the subscription fee for the entire billing cycle, regardless of any temporary restriction of access.
Installation/Setup Charges:
- In consideration for the provision of the iGym Pro software, the Gym agrees to pay a one-time installation/setup fee of Rs. 15,000. This fee shall be due and payable upon execution of this Agreement.
The installation/setup fee is non-refundable.
